Mr. Hazeltine has over a 30-year background in local government; focusing on A-87 cost allocation development, user fee rate calculations and indirect cost rate calculations. During his career, Mr. Hazeltine served as a supervising analyst with the California State Controller’s Office and project manager, senior manager, and director of SB 90 operations for PRM, DMG, DMG-Maximus, and Maximus.
