Mr. Schlyer has 15 years experience with governmental and not-for-profit consulting experience including the development of cost allocation plans, indirect cost rate proposals, cost recovery alternatives, activity based costing and user fee studies, IV-E and Medicaid Administrative claiming methodologies, jail rate calculations, random moment sampling system implementations and charge-back systems for state and local governments across the country. Prior to joining MGT, Mr. Schlyer served as a Director at Maximus Inc. (formerly David M. Griffith and Associates, Ltd.).
