Mr. Carawan has over twenty-two years of public sector consulting experience. He has performed and managed the delivery of cost accounting and management studies to hundreds of state and local governments in seventeen states. His state government experience includes the preparation of statewide cost allocation plans for twelve states and the performance of information systems rate setting studies in five states. Prior to joining PRM/MGT, Mr. Carawan was a Vice President at Maximus Inc., DMG-Maximus, and David M. Griffith and Associates, Ltd. (DMG). Prior to joining David M. Griffith & Associates, he was budget director for the City of Columbus, Ohio.
