MGT Disparity Study Upheld in Federal District Court

A court decision involving one of MGT’s disparity study’s, Rowe v. North Carolina Department of Transportation, found in favor of the North Carolina Department of Transportation. The federal district court upheld North Carolina’s Minority and Women’s Business Enterprise (M/WBE) program by finding that its M/WBE program, enacted by the state legislature, was constitutional.

MGT Releases Report to Sacramento County Regarding Child Protective Services

MGT found that the number of critical incidents—deaths or near deaths of children who were known to CPS at the time of the incident—has increased dramatically recently. Sacramento County saw 13 critical incidents in an 11 year period spanning 1997 through mid-2007. However, in the 15-month period of October 2007 through December 2008, the county had 10 such incidents, a dramatic increase from prior years.

Provide Input on the Cesar Chavez School Network

As part of MGT of America's financial and organizational review of the Cesar Chavez School Network and its associated entities, we created a survey that is open to all members of the public for reporting issues regarding the Cesar Chavez Network of Schools, including the Cesar Chavez Academy Pueblo, Dolores Huerta Preparatory High, Cesar Chavez Academy Central Colorado Springs, Cesar Chavez Academy North Colorado Springs, and the GOAL Academy.
