Dr. Raiford has conducted human resources management development (HRMD) audits to review school district compliance with policies on administrator training, selection, and appraisal; developed an HRMD handbook; served as a district representative on both instructional and non-instructional collective bargaining teams; and coordinated a district-level training program for aspiring school principals. Her duties have also included administering a new teacher induction program and providing instructional and administrative training on such topics as diversity, professional ethics, strategic planning, and employee appraisal.
