Natacha has over 25 years of experience in the management and administration of public programs. Fluent in English and Spanish, she has developed a unique expertise in conducting interviews and facilitating working groups, focus groups, retreats and public hearings for diverse populations across the country. Before joining MGT, Natacha coordinated the TravisCounty (Texas) Community Justice Council, a multidisciplinary effort under the leadership of the district attorney to develop and implement innovative initiatives aimed at reducing crime. In this capacity, she developed and implemented the community education and public awareness campaigns for locating a state jail in TravisCounty and coordinated the development of a drug diversion court for the county.
Natacha served as executive director of the Maricopa County, Arizona crime victims' compensation program and Children's Advocacy Centers of Texas, Inc. In Arizona, she was appointed by the Chief Justice of the State Supreme Court to that court's domestic violence work group, by the state Senate Criminal Justice Committee chairman to the Legislature's Committee to draft the Victims' Rights Implementation Act and subsequent amendments, and by the state Senate President to the Legislature's Post Conviction Relief Committee.
