Cynthia Parish Balogh

Dr. Balogh has over 30 years of experience in higher education and has a broad knowledge of issues related to planning, budgeting, and public policy. She has dealt with a multitude of higher education-related issues, including comprehensive student housing assessments, program and community needs assessments, articulation and student progression analyses, and program and financial policy analyses. Prior to joining MGT, Dr. Balogh served in a variety of administrative positions at a state level citizen board that provided independent analysis to the Florida State Board of Education and State Legislature and at public and private higher education institutions.
