JoAnn Cox

Dr. Cox has held various positions in the field of education since 1978, including classroom teacher, curriculum and policy writer, assistant program administrator, university adjunct professor, and educational consultant. At the Florida Department of Education's Office of School Improvement, she was responsible for providing technical assistance and services to high poverty, low performing schools in several South Florida school districts. Dr. Cox also served as a key information source to schools, districts, and the public in matters related to strategic planning, NCLB, and other state and federal education initiatives. Since joining MGT, she has directed numerous management organization studies and evaluations in several U.S. school districts.
