W. Ken Boutwell, Jr.

Dr. Boutwell's experience includes conducting numerous analytical studies in the fields of educational finance, management and planning, economic development, and government management systems. His experience also includes creation of a national management research and consulting firm and extensive education management at all levels. He is co-founder and Chairman of the Board of a non-profit health maintenance organization with annual revenue of over $500 million.
