MGT to Perform Market Research at Western Kentucky University
MGT recently was awarded the contract to perform market research for undergraduate student housing.
Western Kentucky University contracted with MGT to conduct market research for undergraduate student housing. The project, directed by MGT Partner Cynthia P. Balogh, involves an analysis of enrollment and housing participation trends and projections and assessment of undergraduate student interests and preferences for apartment housing configurations and amenities. Based on findings from market research activities, demand for undergraduate student housing by apartment configuration type, preferences for level of amenities, and competitive pricing for rental rates will be determined.
