Institutional Program Consulting Project for West Virginia University Awarded to MGT
MGT has been awarded a contract to perform a review of the Resident Faculty Leader Program.
West Virginia University contracted with MGT to perform a comprehensive review of the Resident Faculty Leader Program (RFL). The review includes a review of programs at other universities, a SWOT analysis, and identification of opportunities for improvement. The project, directed by MGT Partner Cynthia P. Balogh, will assist the university in developing strategic recommendations to help students, faculty, and staff better understand and improve the RFL program.
