Community Supervision and Offender Reentry Assistance
It has been documented that three of five returning ex-offenders will be charged with new crimes within three years of their release from prison and two out of five will be re-incarcerated. MGT is committed to assisting jurisdictions in reducing the recidivism associated with re-entry by identifying those factors, services and programs that, combined with criminal justice supervision, can help ex-offenders become productive members of society.
In addition, with the increased use of diversion and alternatives to incarceration it is essential that organizations assess their community supervision programs and strategies. MGT has extensive experience in the area of probation and parole supervision and in developing and assessing the effectiveness of alternatives to incarceration.
